The other night while dining and enjoying a beautiful sunset at the HIDEAWAY I ate the most perfectly cooked Filet Mignon (PERFECT medium-rare), wow was it good! For lunch the next day I had the Filet of Sole sandwich which was also absolutely amazing. For anyone who loves first class food, dining at HIDEAWAY is definitely a Fire Island MUST.
